St Quintin and Woodlands Neighbourhood Forum re-designation

The St Quintin and Woodlands Neighbourhood Forum (SQWNF) has applied to the Council to be formally re-designated as a neighbourhood forum, in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act (1990) and the Neighbourhood Planning regulations.

This Council is now seeking views and comments on the application from residents and other interested stakeholders. The consultation begins on 8 May 2018 and ends on Tuesday 19 June 2018.

The application includes a map of the area for which the SQWNF intends to continue its neighbourhood planning powers.

Please note this consultation relates to the re-designation of the Neighbourhood forum only, and not to the associated Neighbourhood Plan. A Neighbourhood Plan does not "expire" in the same way as a forum designation does.

Application documents

A copy of the application, which includes the SQWNF's constitution as well as a statement from the Forum setting out why re-designation is appropriate, is included below.

Copies of the documents are also available in the Customer Service Centre at the Town Hall, Hornton Street.
