Draft Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) - September 2019

Cover

Statement of Community Involvement

We want to involve more residents, businesses, community groups, and other stakeholders on planning matters. We are consulting on a Draft Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) which sets out principles of engagement, consultation techniques and details of how residents and stakeholders can get involved in all aspects of planning. It seeks to make it quicker, easier and more accessible for people to have your say in the planning process.

The consultation runs for six weeks starting on Monday 30 September and ending at 11:59 pm Monday 11 November 2019.

Once adopted, it will replace the previous document Involving People in Planning (IPIP) from 2013.

The consultation document, a summary and an on-line response form can be found on the links below.

You can also respond to a short survey which can be accessed from this link www.givemyview.com/rbkc

Please join us at the events below where you can find out more about the Draft Statement of Community Involvement and vote on how you think we should consult on planning matters.
