Statement of Community Involvement We want to involve more residents, businesses, community groups, and other stakeholders on planning matters. We are consulting on a Draft Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) which sets out principles of engagement, consultation techniques and details of how residents and stakeholders can get involved in all aspects of planning. It seeks to make it quicker, easier and more accessible for people to have your say in the planning process. The consultation runs for six weeks starting on Monday 30 September and ending at 11:59 pm Monday 11 November 2019. Once adopted, it will replace the previous document Involving People in Planning (IPIP) from 2013. The consultation document, a summary and an on-line response form can be found on the links below. |
