Draft Kensal Canalside Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
The Council is undertaking a consultation on this draft supplementary planning document (SPD), which provides additional guidance for the Kensal Canalside Opportunity Area. The draft SPD seeks to provide a vision, principles and framework for the delivery of a minimum of 3,500 new homes and 2,000 new jobs on the Boroughs largest development site.
We want to hear from our communities, businesses, developers and other stakeholders about your views on the content of this document. Please use the link below to provide your comments.
All representations will be considered before we adopt the SPD.
The Council is consulting on the draft SPD for six weeks, from 12th April 2021 to 11:59PM on 24th May 2021.
