Lots Road South design brief
The Council is undertaking a consultation on this draft design brief for the site known as Lots Road South.
The purpose of the design brief is to shape and guide the design of a development proposal for the site. The design principles have emerged from the workshops and consultations with local residents and businesses and set a series of ‘challenges’ to the architects and designers of a new development.
We want to hear from our communities, businesses, developers and other stakeholders about your views on the content of this document. Please use the form below to provide your comments.
The Council is consulting on the draft design brief for six weeks, from 24 January 2022 to 11:59PM on 6 March 2022.
